Throughout our lives, we come across special people. And the year 2021 was especially kind to me by allowing me to meet and learn with one person, the gorgeous and inspiring: Fabiola.

I imagine that a lot of mothers like me, who live outside Brazil, far from their families, and who have their priority the well-being of their kids, forget about taking care of themselves. And that was the reason why I needed so much help.
